A English Our products pass ISO9001, IEC international standard, GB national standard, CE, SABS, CoC, G-CAP and third-party test reports from BV & TUV. We can apply for country-specific certificates as per your local import requirements.

Q Can you issue formal proforma invoice & customs documents?
A English We can provide full set of customs documents including Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin and Declaration of Conformity.

A English Available voltage levels: 6kV/10kV/20kV/33kV/35kV/110kV/220kV; secondary voltage such as 0.4kV, 0.23kV can be customized.

A English Oil immersed transformer: 10kVA ~ 100000kVA; Dry type transformer: 30kVA ~ 25000kVA Complete package substation (box type) is also customizable.

Q Can we customize tap changer, impedance, loss value?
A English Both off-circuit tap changer and on-load tap changer are optional. Short-circuit impedance, no-load loss & load loss can be manufactured strictly in accordance with IEC 60076 or your customized technical datasheet.

Q Color & painting requirement?
A English We support RAL color customization, such as RAL7035 light grey, RAL6003 avocado green for Exkom Zambia standard, with heavy anti-corrosion outdoor painting.

A English We professionally produce PV step-up transformers and wind power package substations that meet grid connection standards for new energy power plants, supporting step-up to 33kV / 110kV.

Q How to get an accurate quotation?
A English To offer precise quotation, please provide these details: Rated capacity (kVA), primary & secondary voltage, vector group, cooling type, order quantity, destination country, required certificates and any special technical demands. We will send official PI within 12 working hours.

Q What is your price term?
A English Regular trade term: FOB Shanghai / FOB Ningbo. CFR, CIF, DAP, DDP door-to-door delivery are negotiable.

Q Is the price negotiable for bulk order?
A English Unit price is negotiable for bulk orders. Exclusive agent price and flexible payment terms are available for long-term distributors.

Q Production lead time?
A English Standard models: 7~15 working days; Custom non-standard / 110kV & above high voltage products: 25~45 working days.

Q Packing & loading for container?
A English Products are wrapped with anti-rust film and fixed with iron frame or wooden case to avoid damage during sea transportation. We can calculate exact loading quantity for 20GP & 40HQ containers.

Q Which ports do you ship to?
A English We arrange sea & air shipment to main ports worldwide, with rich logistics experience for Africa, Southeast Asia, Middle East and Central Asia markets.

Q Accepted payment terms?
A English Main payment term: 30% TT deposit, 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading. Irrevocable L/C at sight is acceptable for large orders.

Q Do you support OA credit payment?
A English Prepayment is required for new clients. Credit payment can be approved for qualified long-term cooperative partners.

Q Warranty period?
A English Standard warranty: 24 months. Free spare parts and remote technical support will be provided for non-artificial failures within warranty. Oversea on-site engineer service is available with travel cost discussed separately.

Q Technical support after delivery?
A English We supply installation manual, wiring drawing and operation maintenance handbook. Lifetime technical consultation is provided to assist grid connection and local official acceptance.
