1. Premium Raw Materials & Mature Casting Technology

The iron core adopts cold-rolled silicon steel sheets with high magnetic permeability and low loss, while windings are made of 99.9% oxygen-free pure copper wires. Coils are integrally cast and formed via vacuum pressure epoxy resin pouring, with optional Class F/H high-temperature resistant insulation systems. After curing, the integral sealed structure delivers excellent moisture and dust resistance with extremely low partial discharge. It adapts to complex working conditions such as photovoltaic harmonic interference and heavy-load power grids, fully meeting manufacturing standards for dry-type transformers and photovoltaic step-up transformers. The 10kV high-voltage winding adopts reinforced insulation design, stronger insulation withstand capacity, stable operation under high voltage grid impact.

The unit contains no insulating oil, completely eliminating risks of oil leakage, fire and explosion as well as hazardous waste oil disposal issues. It generates no pollutants during operation and can be directly installed in densely occupied indoor spaces including basements, shopping malls, hospitals and office buildings. Certified for fire retardancy, it is ideal for green buildings and low-carbon photovoltaic projects. Optional protection grades IP20/IP23/IP30 provide moisture and salt fog resistance to ensure stable operation in humid and dusty environments. The reinforced epoxy insulation structure is specially optimized for 10kV high voltage level, effectively preventing creepage discharge.

3. High Efficiency & Low Loss with Long-Term Stable Operation

Magnetic circuits and winding structures are optimized for 10kV power distribution systems, with no-load and load losses exceeding national Class 1 energy efficiency standards. It features controllable temperature rise and low noise (≤50dB at 1 meter), strong resistance to short-circuit shocks and harmonics, enabling continuous stable operation under grid-connected photovoltaic and long-term heavy-load grid conditions. Equipped with intelligent temperature-controlled cooling fans, it can operate at 140% overload for a short period under forced air cooling, with a service life of over 30 years. High-voltage insulation margin is increased to adapt to 10kV urban and rural power grid frequent switching surge.

4. Modular Structure Supporting Customized Solutions

Adopting standardized modular design, the rated capacity, voltage tapping range, connection symbol, impedance voltage, enclosure and temperature control system can all be customized on demand. Customized photovoltaic dedicated step-up dry-type transformers, rectifier dry-type transformers and special isolation dry-type transformers are available to suit diverse scenarios including urban and rural power grids, photovoltaic power stations, factory workshops and building supporting facilities. For 10kV special demands, we support customized high voltage tap range, higher short-circuit impedance and lightning protection reinforced structure.

The compact unit requires no oil sump or fire separation pool, and can be installed close to load centers to shorten cables and reduce line losses. Daily maintenance only involves simple dust removal and inspection, with no periodic oil replacement or oil quality testing required, resulting in a low failure rate. A complete intelligent temperature control system (over-temperature alarm, trip protection, RS485 remote communication) is equipped to support remote monitoring of intelligent power distribution rooms. No regular insulation oil testing is needed, greatly reducing operation cost for 10kV regional power stations.
